Kathryn Anderson-Levitt appointed interim dean at UM-Dearborn

Lawrence Berkove named professor emeritus at UM-Dearborn

Lawrence I. Berkove, who joined the faculty at the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 1964, was named professor emeritus of English language and literature by the U-M Regents at their June meeting. Berkove retired from active faculty status at the end of April. Full story . . .

 

 

Exhibition showcases Arab and Middle Eastern heritage

The Center for Arab American Studies (CAAS) at the University of Michigan-Dearborn will present an art exhibit called "Diversity in Harmony: Works by American Artists of Arab and Middle Eastern Heritage" September 8 through October 10 at the Alfred Berkowitz Gallery on the UM-Dearborn campus. Child Development Center receives grant to support tuition for at-risk children

The Child Development Center (CDC) on the campus of the University of Michigan-Dearborn is accepting applications for at-risk children who would like to attend the CDC's preschool program, tuition paid, as part of the second year of its $26,400 grant from the Michigan Department of Education's Michigan School Readiness Program (MSRP).
