Michigan-Dearborn has led a student to launch an effort to preserve
and maintain an old cemetery in Huron Township, in the southwestern

Henry Ford Estate to improve and add outdoor
signs to help visitors understand the history and significance of
the National Historic Landmark
The Henry Ford Estate, a National Historic Landmark
on the campus of the University of Michigan-Dearborn, will update
existing signs and add new ones to illustrate and describe the history
of the Estate's gardens and grounds. Full

Dearborn East Kiwanis supports Environmental
Interpretive Center at UM-Dearborn
Dr. Wayne Robeson and Bob Powanda, members of the
Dearborn East Kiwanis club, toured the Environmental Interpretive
Center at the University of Michigan-Dearborn with biology Prof.
Orin Gelderloos last month to learn more about plans to develop
instructional gardens around the building. During their visit to
campus, Robeson and Powanda pledged $7,000 from their club to support
