Transfer students have 'advantage' during upcoming admissions events
DEARBORN---The Office of Admissions and Orientation at the University
of Michigan-Dearborn will host events geared toward transfer students
in the coming weeks as part of a program called "Transfer Advantage."
An event will take place Tuesday, April 18 from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in
Room 1227 of the campus's University Center.
Another Transfer Advantage event will be held Tuesday, May 15 from 11
a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the University Center.
Students can register for either session by calling (313) 593-5550.
Participants will hear presentations from representatives of the admissions
and financial aid offices, receive transfer tips from current UM-Dearborn
students, take a campus tour and speak with an admissions counselor and
apply for admission.
