The Ford Motor Co. is offering automobile discounts to faculty, staff, retirees and their spouses through its Partner Recognition Program. The program offers the purchase or lease of vehicles at Ford Motor Co.'s X-Plan price (4 percent over Ford employee price) or S-Plan prices (just below dealer invoice). Partner Recognition pricing is available on most Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Mazda, Volvo and Land Rover products.

Who is eligible?
Active employees (hourly and salaried), retirees and their spouses who reside within the US and Canada.
You will be required to show proof of employment by an organization eligible for Partner Recognition benefits at the time you take delivery of your vehicle.
How do I participate?

How many vehicles may I obtain through Partner Recognition?
Eligible employees, retirees and their spouses may purchase or lease a total of two vehicles per calendar year through the Partner Recognition Program. Vehicles must be titled and registered in the eligible employee or spouse's name (vehicles may not be titled or registered in a company name). No other family members are eligible for Partner Recognition pricing.
What is Partner Recognition Pricing and how do I know if I'm getting a good deal?
Partner Recognition pricing is a special pre-determined price, which is based on the following formula:

Your participating dealer will be happy to assist you in determining the appropriate Partner Recognition price for the vehicle you choose. You can then compare your cost to the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price to calculate your total discount.
Can I receive the special Partner Recognition Price at any Dealer?
This program is available through all participating dealers in the U.S. and Canada. Dealer participation is voluntary. You should inform the dealer of your X-Plan (S-Plan) eligibility during the first contact with the dealer. If for some reason your dealer elects not to participate, you may visit another dealer.
Which Ford Motor Company vehicles are eligible?
Virtually all Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Mazda, Volvo and Land Rover vehicles are eligible. The exceptions are Ford Thunderbird and Super Duty F-450 – F-750. In addition, the following vehicles are excluded in Canada: SVT products, Harley Davidson F-150, Ford Escape and Mazda Tribute. Jaguar and Aston Martin vehicles are not included in this program. Exclusions are subject to change.
Are any other items covered through the X-Plan (S-Plan)?
No, dealer installed options, conversion packages, extended warranties, accessories, etc. are not covered by this program and must be agreed upon between you and the dealer.
Am I eligible for other incentives?
Yes, for most. Partner recognition participants are eligible for all public incentives and many incentives normally paid to the dealer. There are some special offers that are not compatible with this offer. Your dealer can best determine which incentives you are eligible for.
Can I purchase or lease my vehicle?
Yes, the only requirement with leasing is that the lease must be obtained through the respective brand’s credit source
Can I trade-in a vehicle in combination with this program?
Yes, however trade-in allowances are not covered by this program and must be negotiated directly with your dealer.
How long is the program in effect?
There is no effective expiration date for this program, however, Ford Motor Company reserves the right to modify the program, remove eligibility, or cancel the program at any time.
How long is a PIN good for?
PIN's remain active for 12 months from date of issue.
Are dealer demo models or used vehicles included in this plan?
No, used vehicles, including dealer demonstrators, are ineligible.
Are prior model year vehicles eligible?
Yes, prior model year vehicles are eligible but only through March 31st of the current model year.
Can I obtain a vehicle for my business or for another person?
No, vehicles must be titled and registered in the eligible employee or
spouse's name for a minimum of six
months. Other family members are not eligible for Partner Recognition
pricing.
How can I obtain my PIN if I forget or misplace it?
You can obtain a PIN, which was previously generated, by visiting www.fordpartner.com and clicking on PIN History. You will need to provide your name and Social Security Number (or Social Insurance Number) for verification.
