Easy ways to add some Health and Fitness to you life

 
Use the stairs instead of the elevator
Park at the back of the parking lot so you get more exercise walking to your building
Take the money you would spend on junk food today and donate it to your favorite charity (or scholarship fund)
Only spend half your lunch hour eating. Use the other 30 minutes to take a walk around campus
When you come home from the grocery store bring your bags in one at a time
Do push ups, sit ups, or jumping jacks during the commercials when you watch TV
Visit drinking fountains and rest rooms that are located on a different floor than the one you work on
Pack a healthy lunch instead of going out to eat
Walk to visit a co-worker instead of sending an e-mail
Do stretches at your desk
Stop Smoking
