Students who have previously submitted an application to the university and attended classes must be re-admitted. Request "re-admission" by submitting this form directly to the academic unit in which you wish to enroll.
If you want to change your program of study, contact the academic unit of the program to which you would like to change. Do not fill out another application for admission. -

Changing your major
Students who wish to change their major and are currently enrolled should contact an academic advisor in their current unit. Students wishing to change their major that have never taken classes should contact the Office of Admissions and Orientation at 313-593-5100.
