To the Faculty, Staff, Students and Alumni of UM-Dearborn,
Recently the Provost Search Committee completed our confidential interviews and we have selected four candidates for consideration for the Provost position. I am delighted to announce that these candidates will be coming to our campus for interviews beginning the week after our winter break. The candidates will each arrive for a two day visit staggered over two weeks. Although the confidentiality of the candidates will be maintained until a short period before their arrival, a link will be provided to each candidate's brief bio and CV a few days before their visit to the campus. The campus community will have an opportunity to meet each candidate at an open forum. At the forums, candidates will briefly describe why they are interested in becoming our next Provost, how they hope to fulfill and advance our campus priorities followed by a question and answer session. Each forum will last one hour followed by a thirty-minute reception. The planned dates, times, and location of the open forums and receptions are: Candidate 1: Tuesday, March 10th, 3:30-4:30 pm IAVS 1011, Reception 4:30-5:00 pm IAVS Lobby
Candidate 2: Thursday, March 12th, 3:30-4:30 pm IAVS 1011, Reception 4:30-5:00 pm IAVS Lobby
