This merit-based scholarship is automatically awarded to students attending high schools within certain geographic districts who are admitted to UM-Dearborn (see criteria). In addition, 12 scholarship recipients will be selected to receive Full Tuition scholarships. Simply complete your application for admission by December 15 of your senior year for priority consideration. Shortly after admission, we will notify you of your scholarship eligibility. All Opportunity Scholarship recipients admitted by January 15 will be invited to interview for the full tuition awards. Interview Update: Interviews have concluded for the Fall 2013 awards and all potential candidates are currently under review. Twelve students will be selected to receive the full tuition scholarship. These students will be notified by mail and phone in mid-to-late March.
