Applying for undergraduate admission to the University of Michigan-Dearborn is easy through On-Site Admissions. An admissions counselor will review your completed application and give you an admissions decision instantly. This convenient service is offered every day (except Sundays). No appointment is necessary. Drop in when it is convenient for you.
Undergraduate Admissions Office Hours: Monday-Thursday: 8am - 7pm Friday: 8am - 5pm Saturdays: 10am - 2pm
Students can meet with an Admissions Counselor as late as: Monday-Thursday: 6:30 pm Friday: 4:30 pm Saturday: 1:30 pm
What to Bring - Admissions Application (print)
- All transcripts
- Copies of test scores (ACT/SAT)
- Proof of citizenship (for non US citizens)
What Happens at On-Site Admissions - Complete an application
- Meet with an undergraduate admissions counselor
- Receive an evaluation of your transcripts
- College students can receive an on-site transfer credit evaluation and find out about community college transfer scholarships
- Tour the campus
- Learn about co-ops and internships
- Find out about financial aid
- If you qualify, you will receive on-site admission
- Sign up for placement exams and academic advising
- Gain insight into the 80 degree programs offered by the four colleges
- Get information about campus resources to help you succeed at the University
