M. Robert (Bob) Fraser is the Assistant Director for Information Policy of the Mardigian Library at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. He heads a faculty pilot project assessing plagiarism detection tools. He has earned his MLIS from Wayne State University and his Ph.D. from Vanderbilt University. He resides in Dexter, Michigan.
