About Me:

• My name is Nancy Johnson.  I am a student at University of Michigan-Dearborn.  I am a Language Arts major, with a minor in Social Studies.  I am student teaching at Howard Elementary School in Dearborn, MI in a second grade classroom.

About My School:

• Howard School is an upper-middle class community with strong parental involvement.  Our students are high achievers, and have computers available at home for their use.

• Our school has a computer lab with 30 eMacs connected to the Internet. Each teacher also has a Mac in the classroom for his/her use and one or two classroom computers are connected to the internet as well.
   
• A recent Star Chart  shows that our school in general is a mid-tech school.
