    To evaluate the effectiveness of the ERES online discussion board I developed a survey for students. Students were asked to rate ERES for ease of use and value to their learning and to provide comments. The results can be found in survey results

To evaluate the effectiveness of using VLT for online discussions I once again developed a survey for students to rate their experience using VLT for ease of use and value to their learning . The VLT survey results were generally positive. The 21 students rated VLT a 4.0 for ease and usefulness (on a scale of 1-5) and wrote mostly positive comments about their experience. Many students had more trouble getting to articles and power point slides on VLT. I ended up having to use Eres as a back-up for readings and powerpoint slides

  • During Fall 2004 I used CTools for the course web page for EDB 421/521, Issues in Early Education and Child Care. In addition I used my Mitten project to enhance my teaching of EDC 445/545, Developmental Assessment of the Young Child. The following are ways I integrated technology into my teaching:
