Being involved in the MITTEN Project has provided me with a setting to work  with my peers.  I have enjoyed getting to know other teaching professionals.  We have been able to learn together and use each other for support. This interaction has been beneficial and provided me with the encouragement  to continue learning. .    

Use of the Discussion Board could be a real asset during the student teaching experience.  Next semester I will ask three questions of my students and require that all student teachers respond to each one.  I will give more thought to the depth of the question, hopefully, making it advantageous for students to participate.  

Next semester I will also require that two detailed lesson plans be submitted to me within the first three weeks of their experience.  I will give written feedback on each of them. This should provide me with the knowledge of any intervention that needs to be done, before it is too late. It will also give the students the reassurance and feedback that they need early in their experience.  

The website list will continue to be updated.  I will request, once again, that favorite websites be submitted to me, and I will compile them in a more organized manner for future use by student teachers. I also will try to begin a list of classroom lessons which have been successfully enhanced by using technology.   

In summary, my experiences have been excellent.  Have I learned a great deal?  No question!!  Do I have a long way to go?  No question!!  Do I see the advantages of integrating more technology into my role as a supervisor of student teachers?  Definitely!!!
