Making it Stick

Step 1: Draw three ways that you found to push or pull a magnet across the desk with another bar magnet.

Step 3: Sketch a picture of the iron filings after they were sprinkled around the magnet.

Step 5: Sketch what you see when you sprinkle the iron filings. Write down which two ends were facing each other.

Step 7: Repeat steps 3 and 4 with the horseshoe magnet. Label which ends are facing each other in your sketches.
