Above anything else, this class was exciting.  It was a rollercoaster ride in the sense that I never knew what to expect and there were many ups and downs.   It was a ton of fun working with  you even though I was sometimes shocked at the things you said or did.   This class was so much work because of the variety of personalities and attitudes, but it was worth every moment.

I have more memories from this class than any other because you were always so full of energy.  I will never forget the barricade of students around my desk before class as the project deadline drew near.   There were so many questions and you were all so stressed out!  Who can forget the relief you had when it was over?  This class did a great job on the projects, though, and despite all your fears and tensions you actually completed it quite successfully.  There were so many fun things that happened in our class that I could never recount them all on this page.   I remember one student throwing me dirty looks the first two weeks I was there but  quickly becoming one of my closest students by the end of the semester.  I remember students bringing me candy bars or cookies when I had not eaten and was working long after school with you.  I remember feeling real bad for the few gentlemen of the class because it was so hard for them to get a word in edgewise, and one very bright student raising her hand and forgetting she had raised it. I remember your extremely thoughtful and thought provoking questions.  This class was always behind the other classes because you were such smart thinkers and came up with great ideas for us to discuss.  One of you even applied what we were learning to outside reading and brought in a tidbit of info for us to share.  I felt heartbroken and protective when several of you were being picked on by students from other classes.  Above anything, I will always remember the amount of trust and respect many of us had with one another.  Quite a few of you came to talk to me outside of class about things that were upsetting you and I was so honored to have your trust.  I will not forget your honesty or your courage in sticking up for one another when it was necessary.  This class was such an emotional class and my expectations for you were very high.  I adored watching you reach my expectations and surpassing them.  I won't forget the number of times you voted not to do group work!   I am amazed by how willing you were to talk to each other yet how unwilling you were to work with each other.   I will also remember that you were always on the ball and rarely did things I thought was bunk!

More than anything, this class was always the exciting point of my day.  There was always so much going on, so many of you to talk to, and so many things I learned from you that sometimes it was exhausting.  It was a lot of fun working with you even on those days where things did not go smoothly.   I am so glad to have gotten to know you and so thankful to have had the privilege of your trust.  Thanks for everything.  This class meant a lot to me.
