50th Event Request Form

The 50th Anniversary Celebration Committee has made available mini-grants to support existing or new events that complement 50th Anniversary Celebration activities. Mini-grants are available for up to 50% of your proposed budget, but not to exceed $1,000. Grant requests will be reviewed by the 50th Anniversary Celebration Committee and a response will be provided within 7-10 business days. To apply for a mini-grant, please submit the following information:

Is this a new or existing event?

In your description of the event, please include the following:

  • Event overview
  • Desired outcome of project
  • Audience
  • How will the 50th Anniversary theme be incorporated?
  • Total itemized budget for event/project
  • Desired grant amount
