Interdepartmental Mail

 Interdepartmental Mail is picked up and delivered once a day beginning at 10:30 a.m. University of Michigan campus mail envelopes are available to all departments for these deliveries and are reusable for future intercampus mailings.

 To avoid delays in deliveries, please make sure you include the name, department, room number
 and building of the person receiving the mail. 

 Campus-wide memo or flyer distribution can be dropped off at the mailroom or sent directly from
 Copy Express when the order is completed.  For entire campus distribution, please supply 850
 in fall and winter semesters and 400 during spring and summer semesters.
