UM-Dearborn Leaders:
As the time for completing staff performance reviews is upon us, Human Resources will be offering training to all leaders that prepare and conduct performance evaluations. The session will serve as a refresher for leaders with experience conducting performance appraisals. This year a new format for evaluations will also be introduced during the session. This new evaluation format will be used for 2008/2009 evaluations.
Sessions will be offered:
Thursday June 19, 1:00 – 2:30 p.m., PEC Room 1430/1440

Thursday June 26, 9:00 – 10:30 a.m., PEC Room 1430/1440

Also, we have created a training for leaders that make merit distribution decisions. This session will highlight best practices, compensation philosophy, available tools and communication techniques for merit decisions.
