Human Resource Data Training
Audience: Users of the M-Pathways Student Administration & Human Resource Management System.
Course Description: This session will provide hands on training on how to obtain reports and information for Human Resource Data. Participants will gain an understanding of the information in the U-M Data Warehouse. Users will learn about the different data environments, various HR data sets, and the proper use of data. This course is primarily for those who run reports or queries using Business Objects. Access to the HR data sets and prior experience with Business Objects is preferred.

Audience: PowerPoint users looking to learn more advanced PowerPoint options
Course Description: In this workshop, we will practice incorporating content from many types of files. Sometimes, you may want to bring in text directly from Word, at other times you may want to merge slides in from other shows or from Excel. Also included is importing movies, sounds and of course graphic files into your PowerPoint presentation. Participants will learn how to do more advanced animation effect options, such as simultaneous movement of more than one element at a time. You will also learn how to use hyperlinks and action buttons to enhance your presentation.
