At the onset of the survey process, it was identified by leadership that communication was going to be one of the keys to success with this process. For that reason, the process to communicate results, discuss ideas for action planning, and communicate action planning was an important part of the project. Action plans were developed within each major unit and have been communicated to staff upon completion.
