HOUSING FOR UM-DEARBORN STUDENTS
UM-Dearborn students now live and learn at The Union at Dearborn, a private property built by Urban Campus Communities (UCC). The 231,000 square foot apartment complex is located directly across Evergreen Road from our main campus. The Union at Dearborn is available for incoming and current UM-Dearborn students. It opened on September 1, 2013.

Victors' Den - New UM-Dearborn Student Center
The University is leasing approximately 13,000 square feet. It includes:
- Student gathering areas
- House of Maize and Blue performing arts space
- Meeting rooms
- Group study areas
- University offices
The University’s shuttle provides transportation for students from the Union at Dearborn to the main campus and the Fairlane Center. A crosswalk with a pedestrian-activated traffic light has been installed on Evergreen Road near the campus’ central entrance. Parking is available for tenants.
