We Can Help

We want to know about events or special activities being held on campus, particularly outside of normal business hours, even if Facilities Management is not involved. If you will let us, we can help by making sure the sidewalks around your activity are clear in the winter, that the heat or air conditioning is at appropriate levels, that no utility shutdowns are planned during your event, or that we avoid scheduling work that may impact your event.
