About the ECEC
The Early Childhood Education Center is part of the School of Education of the University of Michigan-Dearborn. It is a high quality early childhood program accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). The early childhood program applies a Reggio inspired constructivism theory of learning to early childhood education. Our curriculum focus is nurturing children's critical thinking skills and problem solving skills.
