Which species will be next on the Dearborn Checklist??

Kim Hall, Julie Craves, and Darrin O'Brien found a Gyrfalcon in an office complex on
1 January 2005 -- a really unexpected addition to the list!
Read more details here.

Jim Fowler found a Varied Thrush on 16 April 2004 near Edsel Ford High School,
the third county record.  It was guessed by Fred McDonald, Allen Chartier, and
Darrin O'Brien.

Greg Norwood found a Lesser Black-backed Gull at the Ford Rouge Plant on
7 Jan 2004; it was Dearborn's 255th species.  Darrin O'Brien, Jim Fowler, Mary Wise, Mike
Harhold, Allen Chartier, and Curt Powell all anticipated this species well ahead of the increase in numbers
that began a few years ago (these lists were solicited in 1995-1996).

A Tricolored Heron found by Jerry Sadowski on campus 19 April 2000 was the previous new species,
which was not guessed by anybody.  What's next?
