College Goal Sunday
The University of Michigan-Dearborn is sponsoring College Goal Sunday at the Fairlane Center South at 19000 Hubbard Drive on Sunday, February 10, 2013. Using the Fairlane Center South for College Goal Sunday is a change from the previous locations on the main campus. View a map to the Fairlane Center
College Goal Sunday provides an opportunity to complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) online. Professionals from the Office of Financial Aid will be joined by other representatives from UM-Dearborn as well as financial aid officers from the community.
Participants should bring the following documents to College Goal Sunday:
- Most recent federal tax return (2012 OR 2011)
- Income documents for 2012 (W-2 forms and benefit statements)
- Driver’s license of the applicant
- Social Security Number information
- Asset information in the form of bank statements or investment value
- Federal Student Aid PINs for student and parent
Applicants and at least one parent can apply for a Federal Student Aid PIN at www.pin.gov. Both the student and the parent need separate PINs to complete the FAFSA.
