Cheerleading

The UMD Cheer Squad is new for the 2007-2008 school year. Having already performed at the rugby Homecoming game in October, 2007 Midnight Madness, some of the women's basketball home games and now during all men's home basketball games.

Next year the cheer team will be at rugby and men's and women's basketball home games, again doing sideline cheer, as well as pom and/or cheer dance at halftime. We are looking for more girls to join the squad for the 2008-2009 school year! Please visit the links to the right for more information on how to join the team.
