Alternative Spring Breaks (ASB) are spent not only serving and learning in a community, but also enjoying team activities and exploring the geographic area. After ASB, students relished in long lasting friendships and apply their new skills and interests in all areas of life.

We are looking for students to fill leadership roles for this year's upcoming 2012 Alternative Spring Break trips!  If you are interested in leading one of these trips, Apply by September 28, 2012

Over the 2011 spring break, groups of University of Michigan-Dearborn students served in Detroit, Massachusetts and Tennessee.  Between November and February, students helped plan their trips while fund-raising, developing team solidarity, and learning about the community they will be serving.
