Bachelor's/Master's/Specialist Students

Degrees are conferred three times a year. All diplomas are distributed by mail.

A Degree/Diploma Application should be completed at the beginning of the term in which a student is expect to complete their degree requirements.  Enrollment Services/Registration and Records publishes deadline dates for the completion of Degree/Diploma Applications. Students not meeting degree requirements must apply for graduation in a subsequent term by the specified deadline date.

In extenuating circumstances, undergraduate applications may be accepted after the date listed above. Applications accepted at this time will require a $35.00 non-refundable late application fee (cash or check only). Payment is due at the time of submission. Applications will not be accepted after the last day of classes for the term the student is graduating.
