Everyday situations present opportunities to apply leadership within your units and other areas within EMSL. Your actions and the quality of relationships you build with those you work with create and enhance excellence in the services and overall success of EMSL.
The goal of this group is to enhance and provide a basis for improving the quality of interactions among all. It will allow each of us to share thoughts and ideas in the many areas that effect our day to day work environment. These areas include, but are not limited to,
- cross training
- business practices
- office policies and procedures
- future training opportunities.
While sharing and working toward improvements and enhancements, we will focus on the development of leadership and change management skills which are an essential part of any outcome. As we build relationships across units, our mission will be to work together as a collaborative partnership, participating and making a difference in the EMSL community.
