  • Boyan "Brian" Griffen ('02 B.B.A, B.A.) recently became associate director of client risk at Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) in London, UK. Griffen provides advice and guidance in Corporate Markets - Sales & Derivatives Structuring. This part of LBG rovides banking and related services for major UK and multinational corporates and financial institutions.

  • James Weeks (73 B.S.A.) was named chief executive group chair for Vistage Michigan, a membership-based organization that provides business leaders with perspectives and innovative strategies. He is also a member at Tyrone Consulting Group, LLC, in Fenton, MI.

  • Thom Madden (90 B.B.A.) was promoted to division controller and director of sponsored programs at University of Michigan. He has more than 20 years of experience in higher education in accounting, financial systems and business intelligence.

  • Charles Jenkins (68 B.B.A) is retired and living in Weeki Wachee, Fla., after a 40-year career in banking, most recently serving as senior vice president, national corporate group, First Hawaiian Bank.

  • Daniel Schwalm ('00 B.B.A.) has been appointed assistant Warren County attorney.  The Warren County Attorney's Office is located in Indianola, Iowa, 18 miles south of downtown Des Moines.  He will be responsible for prosecuting the county's vehicular homicide and drunken driving matters.
