The Center employs six lead teachers. All teachers have a bachelor's degree or higher with a concentration in Early Childhood Education. The teachers are assisted by part-time staff and college practicum students.
The adult-to-child ratio is a minimum of one-to-four for the children ages 1 to 2 1/2 years old, one-to-eight for the children 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 years old and one-to-10 for children ages 4 1/2 to 6 years old.
