Clery Campus Safety & Crime Statistics Act Report Information List

  
In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act, the University of Michigan – Dearborn Campus Security Annual Report is posted on the Public Safety website: www.umd.umich.edu/public_safety_env_health/

Included are the following:

Campus crime statistics for the last three years   

Statement of current campus policies and/or information regarding:

• the reporting of criminal offenses or emergency

• timely warning reports

• preparing the annual disclosure of campus crime statistics

• list of titles of each person or organization reports should be made to for the purpose of making timely warnings and the annual statistical disclosure

• safety of and access to campus facilities and security considerations used in the maintenance of campus facilities

• enforcement authority of campus personnel

• working relationship of campus personnel with state and local agencies

• arrest authority of security personnel

• description of type and frequency of programs designed to inform about campus security procedures and crime prevention

• possession, use, and sale of alcoholic beverages

• possession, use, and sale of illegal drugs

• description of drug or alcohol-abuse education programs

• campus sexual assault programs and procedures to follow if assault occurs

• location where state information of registered sex offenders may be obtained

• local police crime statistics: City of Dearborn Department of Police crime statistics as contained in Annual Report
