The Office of Alumni Relations has as its primary mission to develop and maintain a knowledgeable and involved alumni constituency dedicated to the well-being of the University.

It is the responsibility of Alumni Relations to maintain alumni data, as well as implement and develop the strategic goals of the Alumni Society. The Alumni Society serves as a vehicle for UM-Dearborn alumni to provide volunteer leadership to the University. It provides its membership with information on the programs and progress at UM-Dearborn; and assists UM-Dearborn in helping to meet its financial needs from public and private sources.
