Assessment Coordinating Council
The Assessment Coodinating Council (ACC) was established in part to emphasize the importance of assessment of student learning at UM-D. The membership of ACC consists of an Associate Dean from each of the four academic units, the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, the Director of Institutional Research and the Associate Provost who also serves as chair. ACC has several functions. Its primary task is to assist undergraduate and graduate programs as each develops and implements an assessment plan. ACC also reviews and critiques, on an annual basis, the assessment data gathered by the degree programs.
